Mrs. Narzary, a resident of Aminkata and the President of the Kaberi Self-Help Group (SHG), has been engaged in pig rearing for many years. Since last year, we have received valuable training from the AsHA organization on improved scientific techniques for pig rearing. After the training, she built proper pig shelters and ensured timely vaccinations. As a result of adopting scientific practices, the pigs are now much healthier, and the occurrence of diseases has significantly reduced. Due to these improvements, She is able to sell the pigs at a better price compared to the the traditional method.
